NO ADDED COLOURS OR FLAVOURS
Wines are wonderful because of their complex and unique flavours. However, not all wines are flavourful because of the grapes and the winemaking process. Some winemakers choose to add commercial colouring or flavouring. Even the subtle notes of apple, tobacco, smoke or banana can be added as an afterthought.
We feel the best wine is made when the true flavour of the grapes and aging process can shine through. Allowing the natural taste to evolve with traditional methods instead of additives, make our wine something a little special. We never add flavour or colour to our wine, a choice you can appreciate.

Gluten-Free & Vegan
We ensure City & Country is free from any gluten by avoiding oak barrels with wheat paste that could contaminate the wine. While other wineries use thickening agents to create a more viscous appearance or mouthfeel, we trust in the quality of our wines for your enjoyment, not additives.
